The ACP MXP22TLT is a high-performance microwave convection oven designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. With a spacious 1.38 cu. ft. capacity, it combines 2000 watts of convection heat, 2200 watts of microwave energy, and 3000 watts of infrared cooking for rapid meal preparation. The 7" True-Touch™ HD touchscreen display offers intuitive controls, allowing users to easily navigate through 1200+ menu settings and 360 memory settings. This oven features a temperature range from 200°F to 520°F (95°C-270°C) and supports 4-stage cooking with 11 power levels, making it suitable for a variety of cooking techniques. The stackable design and included removable rack optimize space, while the solid pull-down door with an ergonomic handle ensures easy access. Additional features include a USB port for software updates, Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity for remote monitoring, and a catalytic converter for efficient odor control.
