The American Panel Corporation 10X20-I is a self-contained walk-in combination cooler and freezer, featuring a balanced 50/50 split design. With dimensions of 7'-6" H x 19'-3" W x 9'-8" D, this unit is ideal for indoor use. It includes foamed-in-place 4" urethane floor panels in the freezer section, while the cooler section is designed floorless on a vinyl screed for easy access.
Constructed with durable acrylume for both interior and exterior, the unit is equipped with a hinged door featuring camlift hinges for smooth operation. The Intelligent Controller (IC) ensures precise temperature management, while a vapor-proof light enhances visibility inside.
The refrigeration system is robust, featuring a 2-1/2 HP low-temperature freezer capable of reaching -10°F and a 3/4 HP medium-temperature cooler maintaining 35°F. The hermetic pre-charged top quick-connect R448a refrigeration system includes a condensing unit and evaporator for both cooler and freezer, with specific electrical requirements:
- Cooler: Condensing unit operates at 208v/60/1-ph, 12.7 amps; evaporator at 208v/60/1-ph, 1 amp.
- Freezer: Condensing unit operates at 208v/60/1-ph, 21.7 amps; evaporator at 208v/60/1-ph, 1.4 amps for fans and 8.2 amps for heaters.
The unit comes standard with a Heatcraft Quick Response Controller, ensuring efficient operation and temperature control.
