Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, it features tempered-glass sliding doors for easy access and visibility. This oven includes eight stainless steel V spit skewers, allowing for a capacity of up to 40 chickens, with an impressive average productivity of 40 chickens per hour.
Equipped with two stainless steel grease drawers for efficient cleanup, the AMPTO FRE8VE operates at 12,000 watts and is compatible with 220v power in both 50/60 Hz, 3-phase or 1-phase configurations. The unit is designed for mobility with 3-inch casters and is field convertible for versatile installation options. Note that a power cord is not included.
