The Arctic Air AST48R is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation, measuring 48-1/4"W with a spacious 12 cu. ft. capacity. It features self-contained rear-mounted capillary tube refrigeration, ensuring efficient cooling with an electronic thermostat and a digital LED temperature display that maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 41°F.
The stainless steel top includes an 11-3/8"D cutting board, providing a durable workspace. This unit comes with twelve 1/6 size clear lexan pans for easy ingredient organization. The three vaulted solid hinged self-closing doors are equipped with a 90° stay-open feature for convenient access. Inside, you'll find two shelves for additional storage.
Constructed with stainless steel front and sides, the interior is made of white ABS with a stainless steel floor for easy cleaning. The unit is mounted on four 3" casters, two of which are locking for stability.
