The Atosa ATCB-24 is a high-performance gas charbroiler designed for countertop use, measuring 24"W x 27-3/5"D x 15-1/5"H, with a cooking area of 23.9"W x 20.2"D. It features two durable stainless steel burners that deliver a powerful 70,000 BTU output, ensuring efficient cooking. The charbroiler is equipped with standby pilots and stainless steel radiant plates for even heat distribution. The cast iron grill grates provide excellent heat retention and searing capabilities, while the lava rock grates enhance flavor and moisture retention. Independent manual controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, and the adjustable multi-level top grates offer versatility for various cooking needs. Constructed from stainless steel, the unit is both sturdy and easy to clean, complemented by adjustable stainless steel legs for stability on any countertop. The Atosa ATCB-24 is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified and ships with an LP conversion kit for added convenience.
