The Atosa ATCB-36 is a high-performance gas charbroiler designed for countertop use, measuring 36"W x 27-3/5"D x 15.2"H, with a cooking area of 35.7"W x 20.2"D. It features three powerful stainless steel burners that deliver a total output of 105,000 BTU, ensuring efficient and consistent cooking. The charbroiler is equipped with standby pilots and stainless steel radiant plates for optimal heat distribution. The cast iron grill grates provide excellent heat retention and searing capabilities, while the lava rock grates enhance flavor and cooking versatility. Independent manual controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, and the adjustable multi-level top grates offer flexibility for various cooking techniques. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the Atosa ATCB-36 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It also includes adjustable stainless steel legs for stability on any countertop surface. This model is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified and ships with an LP conversion kit for added convenience.
