Its durable cast iron grates provide excellent heat retention and grilling performance. Independent manual controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, while the adjustable multi-level top grates offer versatility for various cooking needs. Constructed with a sturdy stainless steel structure and adjustable stainless steel legs, this charbroiler is built for longevity and stability. The unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified and comes with an LP conversion kit for added convenience.
