Its durable cast iron grates provide excellent heat retention and searing capabilities. Independent manual controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, while the adjustable multi-level top grates offer versatility for various cooking needs. The unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified and ships with an LP conversion kit for added convenience.
