Description

The Beech Ovens REC1830FG is a versatile oven designed for wood, coal, or gas firing, perfect for achieving exceptional baking results. It features a full gas oven with radiant flame burners and a standard rectangular stone hearth, providing a spacious internal deck surface measuring 72" wide by 35" deep. Its two-piece construction allows for easy installation through standard doorways, while the individual 3" brick base and 4" thick dome ensure optimal baking conditions. The oven operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 10.0 amp controls, making it a reliable choice for any culinary setting.

What is included

Manufacturer disclaimer: Price does not include freight (FOB Brea), install, utility hook-ups, factory supervised start up, hood/ventilation if not listed or any accessory not listed. Oven also does not include any type of cladding or assembly; oven will ship in its raw form and have to be assembled and set up on site and will need approx 3 days to cure properly. There are no returns on Beech products. Ovens with structural accessories qualify as custom and may require a 25% deposit prior to build
Warranty: Oven body has a limited four (4) year warranty, gas system two (2) year, standard
Performance check note: Beech Ovens come standard with a performance check. The oven's electrical, gas, and ventilation requirements must be operational prior to the performance check.
