The internal deck surface measures 49" wide by 34" deep, providing ample space for baking.
Constructed in two pieces for easy installation through standard doorways, this oven includes a pull-out gas-fired char grill for added cooking flexibility. The individual 3" brick base and 4" thick dome ensure ideal baking conditions, promoting even heat distribution.
With a power requirement of 110v/60/1-ph and 10.0 amp controls, this oven is efficient and user-friendly. Please note that the unit requires fire suppression and must be vented using a Type 1 Hood.
