The Beverage Air SPE27HC is a one-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a compact 27"W footprint and a spacious 6.76 cu. ft. capacity, it features a stainless steel top that accommodates (6) 1/6 and (2) 1/9 size pans, allowing for efficient ingredient organization. The unit includes a removable 10" cutting board for convenient food prep and comes equipped with (2) epoxy-coated wire shelves for optimal storage.
Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, the SPE27HC ensures longevity and easy maintenance. Its rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/10 HP compressor, providing reliable cooling performance. The unit is designed to hold 4" deep pans, with the capability to accommodate 6" deep pans on top.
