The Beverage Air SPE27HC is a one-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a compact 27"W footprint and a spacious 6.76 cu. ft. capacity, it features a stainless steel top that accommodates (6) 1/6 and (2) 1/9 size pans, allowing for efficient ingredient organization. The unit includes a removable 10" cutting board for convenient food prep and comes equipped with (2) epoxy-coated wire shelves for optimal storage. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, the SPE27HC ensures longevity and easy maintenance. Its rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/10 HP compressor, providing reliable cooling performance. The unit is designed to hold 4" deep pans, with the capability to accommodate 6" deep pans on top. Mobility is enhanced with (6) casters, including (2) with brakes for stability.
