Blodgett INVOQ 61BE/101BE-PT is an advanced electric combi oven steamer designed for high-performance cooking. This pass-thru model features a stacked configuration of 61BE-PT and 101BE-PT, accommodating up to 12 standard 12" x 20" hotel pans or a combination of 5 full-size and 7 half-size 18" x 26" sheet pans with the MultiRack option.
Equipped with a stacking kit, it includes two side racks with non-tilt support rails and a total of 13 wire shelves for versatile cooking arrangements. The intuitive touch screen controls offer multiple cooking modes, including SmartChef and MenuPlanner, allowing for precise culinary execution.
