Serviceability is straightforward, with an adjustable wash duration set at 3 minutes for optimal cleaning. It includes a 3/4", 1", and 1.5" NPT pipe water inlet connection and a 1.5" NPT pipe water drain connection. The standard riser spray nozzle is designed for effective duct cleaning, utilizing water at a rate of 0.70 GPM per foot of hood length.
For enhanced safety, an upgrade to the CORE Fire System is available, and the hood features high-efficiency grease filtration to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
