The Carter-Hoffmann HL10-10-RW is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and warming. This full-height, insulated cabinet features a single compartment with a capacity for either 20 standard 12" x 20" pans or 10 larger 18" x 26" pans, equipped with universal slides for versatile pan placement. The solid field reversible door allows for flexible access, while the top-mount forced air heat ensures even temperature distribution throughout the cabinet.
At the base, a two-drawer warmer provides additional space for keeping items at the perfect serving temperature. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this cabinet is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It is equipped with electronic controls for precise temperature management and features four 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability during use. The HL10-10-RW is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
