Equipped with 3" fixed wire universal slides, it ensures easy access and organization of your food items. The bottom-mount forced air heating system, complemented by a water reservoir, maintains consistent humidity and temperature, ideal for keeping dishes warm or proofing dough.
The cabinet is constructed from durable aluminum and features a single pane tempered glass door for visibility and easy monitoring. Mobility is enhanced with four 5" swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. The HL4-14 is ETL and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards.
