The Carter-Hoffmann HL5-14 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and transport. This 3/4 height, single-compartment unit features a capacity for either 28 standard 12" x 20" pans or 14 larger 18" x 26" pans, accommodating various food service needs. Equipped with universal pan slides, it offers flexibility in pan arrangement. The cabinet is constructed from durable aluminum and features a solid hinged door for easy access. Its top-mount forced air heating system ensures even heat distribution, while mechanical controls allow for straightforward temperature adjustments. The unit is mounted on four 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability during transport.
