The Carter-Hoffmann HL7-14 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and transport. This 3/4 height unit features a single insulated compartment with a capacity for either 28 standard 12" x 20" pans or 14 larger 18" x 26" pans, accommodating a variety of food items. It includes universal pan slides for versatile storage options and a solid field reversible door for easy access. The mechanical controls allow for straightforward temperature adjustments, while the top-mount forced air heating system ensures even heat distribution throughout the cabinet. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the HL7-14 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It is equipped with 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning.
