The Carter-Hoffmann HL8-12 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and transport. This full-height, two-compartment unit features a capacity for either 24 standard 12" x 20" pans or 12 larger 18" x 26" pans, accommodating a variety of food items. Its universal wire pan slides allow for flexible configuration and easy access.
Constructed from durable stainless steel, the HL8-12 ensures long-lasting performance and easy cleaning. The cabinet is equipped with a solid field reversible door for each compartment, providing versatility in placement and use. The top-mount forced air heating system delivers consistent heat throughout, while electronic controls allow for precise temperature adjustments.
The adjustable shelving can be set in 1-3/4" increments to suit different food storage needs. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during operation. The HL8-12 is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
