The Champion 76 PRO-FF-HR is a high-performance conveyor dishwasher designed for efficiency and durability. With a 76” width and a 54” single tank featuring a 22” front feed prewash, this unit is equipped with a vent stack for optimal operation. It boasts a Proportional Rinse system and a progressive anti-jam drive system, ensuring smooth and reliable performance.
The top-mounted Prodigy series HMI user interface simplifies operation, while proactive maintenance software helps keep the machine running at peak efficiency. Capable of processing 100 gallons per hour and handling up to 255 racks per hour, it features a single-piece wash chamber design for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Constructed with heavy-gauge stainless steel, the dishwasher includes single-piece upper and lower wash arm manifolds, an internal removable scrap basket, and dual-piece scrap screens. It accommodates 18” x 26” sheet pans with a 20” vertical clearance and features full 180° opening leak-proof insulated hinged access doors for easy loading and unloading.
Additional features include automatic tank fill, door safety switches, leak-proof ball valve drains, and lower front and side enclosure panels. The electric tank heat with heat recovery and an internal booster heater enhance energy efficiency. The unit is powered by a 2 HP prewash and wash pump, with a single point machine and booster connection for streamlined installation. Vent fan control and stainless steel rear manifolds are also included.
