The Champion 76 PRO-HR is a high-performance conveyor dishwasher designed for efficiency and durability in commercial kitchens. With a 76” width, it features a 54” single tank and a 22” prewash section, capable of processing up to 255 racks per hour. The Proportional Rinse system ensures optimal water usage, while the progressive anti-jam drive system enhances operational reliability.
Equipped with a top-mounted Prodigy series HMI user interface, this dishwasher offers intuitive controls and proactive maintenance software for seamless operation. The energy sentinel feature includes an idle pump shut-off, contributing to energy savings.
The single-piece wash chamber design and stainless steel upper and lower wash arm manifolds ensure thorough cleaning, while the internal removable scrap basket and dual-piece scrap screens facilitate easy maintenance. With a 20” vertical clearance, it accommodates standard 18” x 26” sheet pans.
The dishwasher includes full 180° opening leak-proof insulated hinged access doors, automatic tank fill, and safety features such as door safety switches and leak-proof ball valve drains. Constructed from heavy-gauge stainless steel, it includes lower front and side enclosure panels for added durability.
The electric tank heat with heat recovery, along with an internal booster heater, ensures efficient operation. The 2 HP prewash and wash pump, single-point machine and booster connection, and vent fan control enhance performance. The unit comes with a 20" x 20" peg rack and a 20" x 20" flat rack.
