The Champion 80 PRO-HD is a high-performance conveyor dishwasher designed for efficiency and durability. This Pro Series model features a 44” long single tank design, capable of processing up to 209 racks per hour and 100 gallons of water per hour. It includes a 36” heavy-duty pre-wash system and a proportional rinse feature for optimal cleaning results.
The dishwasher is equipped with a progressive anti-jam drive system and a top-mounted Prodigy series HMI user interface for easy operation. Proactive maintenance software ensures reliable performance, while the single-piece hood design and stainless steel upper and lower wash arm manifolds enhance durability and ease of cleaning.
With a 20” vertical clearance, the Champion 80 PRO-HD accommodates standard 18” x 26” sheet pans. It features full 90° opening leak-proof insulated hinged access doors, automatic tank fill, and door safety switches for added convenience and safety. The internal removable scrap basket and dual-piece scrap screens simplify maintenance.
Constructed from heavy-gauge stainless steel, including base and legs, this dishwasher is built to last. It includes electric tank heat, a powerful 2 HP pre-wash and wash pump, and a single point machine and booster connection.
