The Champion 80 PRO-HR is a high-performance conveyor dishwasher designed for efficiency and durability in commercial kitchens. This Pro Series model features a 44” long single tank design, capable of processing 209 racks per hour and handling up to 100 gallons of water per hour. It includes a 36” heavy-duty pre-wash system and a proportional rinse feature for optimal cleaning results.
The top-mounted Prodigy series HMI user interface simplifies operation, while proactive maintenance software ensures reliable performance. The dishwasher is equipped with a progressive anti-jam drive system and a single-piece hood design for easy access and maintenance.
Constructed from heavy-gauge stainless steel, the unit includes single-piece upper and lower wash arm manifolds, an internal removable scrap basket, and dual-piece scrap screens. It accommodates standard 18” x 26” sheet pans with a vertical clearance of 20”.
Additional features include full 90° opening leak-proof insulated hinged access doors, automatic tank fill, door safety switches, and leak-proof ball valve drains. The lower front and side enclosure panels enhance durability, while electric tank heat with heat recovery and an internal booster heater optimize energy efficiency.
The Champion 80 PRO-HR also includes a 2 HP pre-wash and wash pump, a single point machine and booster connection, and vent fan control. It meets NSF Pot & Pan mode standards and is certified CULus and ENERGY STAR®, ensuring it is both safe and environmentally friendly.
