The single-piece hood design and stainless steel upper and lower wash arm manifolds enhance durability and ease of maintenance. With a 20” standard vertical clearance, it accommodates 18” x 26” sheet pans effortlessly. The full 180° opening leak-proof insulated hinged access doors provide easy loading and unloading.
