This Pro Series model features a 64” wide, two-tank design with a 22” pre-wash section, ensuring efficient cleaning of large volumes of dishware. It boasts a proportional rinse system and a progressive anti-jam drive system for seamless operation. With a capacity of 100 gallons per hour and the ability to process 348 racks per hour, the Champion 86 PRO is engineered for high efficiency. Its single-piece hood design and stainless steel upper and lower wash arm manifolds enhance durability and performance. The internal removable scrap basket and dual-piece scrap screens facilitate easy maintenance, while the 20” vertical clearance accommodates standard 18” x 26” sheet pans.
The dishwasher features full 180° opening leak-proof insulated hinged access doors for easy loading and unloading. Automatic tank fill, door safety switches, and leak-proof ball valve drains ensure safe and reliable operation. Additional features include lower front and side enclosure panels, an auto delime function, and stainless steel heavy gauge construction for longevity, including the base and legs. The unit is equipped with electric tank heat, a 1 HP pre-wash pump, and 2 HP wash and power rinse pumps, along with vent fan control and stainless steel rear manifolds.
