This floor model features the Steamcraft® Gemini™ design with two compartments, each equipped with individual generators, allowing for simultaneous cooking of multiple dishes. Each compartment accommodates three 12 x 20 x 2-1/2 pans, maximizing cooking capacity.
The steamer includes a third compartment for pan storage, enhancing organization and workflow. Manual controls provide ease of operation, complemented by a 60-minute mechanical timer and a manual continuous steaming bypass switch for flexible cooking options. The left-hand hinged door and right-side controls ensure convenient access and usability.
