With dimensions of 38-1/8"W x 41-5/8"D x 61-3/4"H, it features a robust stainless steel front and stainless steel doors equipped with double-pane windows for enhanced visibility and insulation. The oven is insulated with non-sag material on the top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors, ensuring optimal heat retention.
This model includes five nickel-plated oven racks measuring 28” x 21”, supported by eleven position nickel-plated rack guides with positive rack stops for secure placement. The electronic spark igniter provides reliable ignition, while the oven is heated by electric solid sheath elements rated at 10 KW for consistent cooking performance.
The Connerton CNCE is equipped with a two-speed 1/2 HP oven blower motor for even heat distribution and an oven cool switch for rapid cooldown, enhancing operational efficiency. It operates on 208V/240V, 60Hz, and is available in both single and three-phase configurations. This convection oven is NSF certified, making it suitable for commercial kitchen environments.
