The 10” wifi-ready high-resolution easyTouch control panel allows for intuitive operation, featuring 20 programmable cooking stages and the ability to store up to 399 cooking recipes. This versatile unit offers four cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm, ensuring optimal results for a variety of dishes. The interior is illuminated by an LED light, and the triple-pane right-hinged door is equipped with an anti-microbial hygienic handle for enhanced safety. A multi-point core temperature probe ensures precise cooking, while the five-speed auto-reversing fan promotes even heat distribution.
