Equipped with deluxe LED oven controls, it offers 18 programmable menu options and food probe cooking, complete with a 6" probe for precise temperature monitoring. The cook and hold cycles ensure food is kept at the perfect temperature until serving.
The cabinet's field-reversible doors are fitted with magnetic latches and anti-microbial latches for enhanced hygiene. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, it is built to withstand heavy use.
