The Cres Cor 121PHUA11D is a mobile proofer cabinet designed for optimal food preparation and holding. This non-insulated unit features a removable bottom heater for efficient heat distribution. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes with wire universal slides that support 12" x 20" to 18" x 26" pans, spaced on 4-1/2" centers and adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet has a capacity for up to 11 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans or 22 half-size 12" x 20" pans. Constructed from durable aluminum, it includes a field-reversible Lexan door for easy access and an integral drip trough to manage moisture.
