The cabinet accommodates up to 16 standard 12" x 20" steam table pans or 11 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, utilizing adjustable chrome-plated wire transport angles set on 1-1/2" centers. The interior boasts coved corners for easy cleaning, while the stainless steel latch ensures secure closure.
Mobility is enhanced with four 8" pneumatic swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability during transport.
