Description
The Crown DL-125 is a stationary direct steam kettle with a generous 125-gallon capacity, designed for efficient cooking and food preparation. It features a 2/3 jacket for optimal heat distribution and a 2" draw-off for easy dispensing. The kettle includes a perforated strainer for convenient separation of solids and liquids, along with a hinged flat split stainless steel cover for easy access. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel interior liner and a sleek 304 stainless steel exterior finish, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The kettle is supported by four stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability on any surface. NSF certified for safety and sanitation, the Crown DL-125 is an ideal choice for commercial kitchens.
