The Crown OB-2-2-27-E is an electric kettle cabinet assembly designed for optimal performance in commercial kitchens. The kettle assembly is directly steam connected and comes with a steam control valve conveniently located in the right leg. It is equipped with CSD-1 boiler controls, a split water line, and an automatic boiler blowdown system for efficient operation. Safety is prioritized with a safety relief valve and an integrated water treatment system.
The automatic water level control and pressure gauge ensure consistent performance, while the 316 stainless steel liner and lift-off cover provide durability and ease of use. The entire construction is made from high-quality stainless steel, supported by 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability.
