The Delfield KHCR-74-BP is a versatile hot and cold serving counter designed for efficiency and durability. Measuring 74 inches in length, it features a Shelleyglas® combination that includes one hot food well and a Bloomington-cooled section measuring 39" x 21-5/8" x 7" deep, complete with a 3" pan recess. The robust 14-gauge stainless steel top ensures longevity and easy maintenance, while the fiberglass base provides added strength. Mobility is enhanced with 5" swivel casters, allowing for easy repositioning. This unit is equipped with self-contained refrigeration using environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and meets cUL, UL, and NSF standards.
