Description
The Delfield SH-5-NU is an electric hot food serving counter designed for efficiency and durability. It features a 5-pan capacity, making it ideal for high-volume food service environments. The top is constructed from 14-gauge stainless steel, ensuring strength and resistance to corrosion, while the 18-gauge stainless steel exterior provides a sleek and professional appearance. The 14-gauge galvanized bottom adds stability and durability. This model has an enclosed base with no under storage, maximizing space for food presentation. It is equipped with 5" swivel casters for easy mobility and includes 1/2" drains for the hot food wells, which are plumbed to a common valve for convenient drainage.
