Description

The Delfield SH2C-74-NU is a versatile serving counter designed for both hot and cold food service. Measuring 74 inches in length, it features two hot food wells that are ice-cooled, each measuring 26" x 21.62" x 7" deep, equipped with a 1" high stainless steel perforated false bottom for optimal food presentation. The durable 14-gauge stainless steel top ensures longevity and ease of cleaning, while the stainless steel enclosed base provides stability and support. Mobility is enhanced with 5" swivel casters, allowing for easy repositioning. The unit includes 1/2" drains for the hot food wells, plumbed to a common valve for efficient drainage. This product meets cUL, UL, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial food service environments.
