The Delfield SH2CR-62-BP is a versatile serving counter designed for both hot and cold food service. Measuring 62 inches in length, it features two hot food wells and a Bloomington cooled compartment measuring 26” x 21.62” x 7” deep, complete with a 3” pan recess for easy food placement. The enclosed base ensures durability and stability, while the 5” swivel casters provide mobility for effortless repositioning. Each hot food well is equipped with a 1/2" drain, plumbed to a common valve for efficient drainage. The self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, ensuring energy efficiency and environmental friendliness. This unit meets cUL, UL, and NSF standards, and operates with a ¼ hp compressor for reliable performance.
