Description

The Delfield SHC-50-NU is a versatile hot and cold serving counter designed for efficiency and durability. Measuring 50 inches in length, it features one hot food well, complemented by an ice-cooled compartment measuring 26" x 21.62" x 7" deep, equipped with a 1" high stainless steel perforated false bottom for optimal drainage. The top is constructed from 14-gauge stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. The stainless steel enclosed base adds stability, while the 5" swivel casters provide mobility for easy repositioning. The unit includes 1/2" drains for the hot food wells, plumbed to a common valve for convenient drainage. This serving counter meets cUL, UL, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for food service operations.
