Description

The Delfield SHCR-74-BP is a versatile hot and cold serving counter designed for efficient food service. Featuring a Shelleysteel™ construction, this unit includes one hot food well and a Bloomington-cooled compartment measuring 52" x 21.62" x 7" deep, complete with a 3" pan recess. The enclosed base ensures durability and stability, while the 5" swivel casters provide easy mobility. Equipped with 1/2" drains for the hot food wells that are plumbed to a common valve, this serving counter offers seamless operation. The self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 for eco-friendly cooling, and the unit meets cUL, UL, and NSF standards. Powered by a 1/4 hp compressor, the Delfield SHCR-74-BP is an ideal solution for any food service environment.
