Description
The Duke 302 is a high-performance gas serving counter designed for efficient hot food service. Measuring 30-3/8"W x 22-7/16"D x 34"H, it features two 12" x 20" hot food wells equipped with adjustable gas valve controls and a convenient adjustable pilot light for precise temperature management. The stainless steel top is complemented by a durable 1/2" thick, 7" wide poly carving board, ensuring a sturdy and hygienic food preparation surface. The open base is constructed from stainless steel and includes an undershelf for additional storage, while the robust legs and feet provide stability. This unit is UL EPH Classified and CSA Star certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
