Description
The Duke EP302SW is a portable electric serving counter designed for hot food service. It features two 12" x 20" sealed hot food wells, each equipped with individual drains and valves for easy maintenance. The unit is controlled by infinite controls, allowing precise temperature adjustments. The stainless steel top is complemented by a durable 1/2" thick, 7" wide poly carving board on the operator's side, providing a convenient workspace. The open base is constructed from stainless steel and includes an undershelf for additional storage. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, and it comes with a 6' cord and plug for easy setup. This unit is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
