The Duke EP304SW is a portable electric serving counter designed for hot food service. It features a spacious 58-3/8" width and includes four 12" x 20" sealed hot food wells, each equipped with individual drains and valves for easy maintenance. The unit offers infinite temperature controls, allowing precise adjustments to keep food at the perfect serving temperature. The stainless steel top is complemented by a durable 1/2" thick, 7" wide poly carving board on the operator's side, enhancing functionality during food preparation. The open base is constructed from stainless steel and includes an undershelf for additional storage. Mobility is facilitated by five-inch casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. The unit comes with a 6-foot cord and plug for convenient power access. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
