The Eagle Group HPHNLSI-RC2.25 is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring Panco® Heater/Proofer technology, this insulated cabinet utilizes TEMP-GARD® air flow design to maintain consistent temperatures. It includes eight universal removable wire slides with 2-1/4" on-center spacing for versatile storage options.
The digital temperature control with an LCD readout allows for precise adjustments, while the adjustable humidity control ensures ideal conditions for proofing. The cabinet is equipped with a full 270° open swing door, featuring a polycarbonate window and a magnetic latch for secure closure. High-temperature protection is provided with a caution alarm and auto-reset feature for added safety.
Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet includes a removable bottom mount heater for easy maintenance. It is supported by five-inch polymer swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability. An 8-foot cord ensures ample reach, and the unit is UL and NSF certified for safety and sanitation standards.
