The Eagle Group HPHNLSN-RA2.25-X is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring a Panco® heater/proofer design, this non-insulated cabinet utilizes TEMP-GARD® air flow technology to maintain consistent temperatures. It includes eight removable wire slides with 2-1/4" on-center spacing, allowing for flexible storage options.
The digital temperature control with an LCD readout ensures precise temperature management, while adjustable humidity control helps create the ideal environment for proofing. The cabinet is equipped with a polycarbonate window door that features a magnetic latch for secure closure. High-temperature protection is provided with a caution alarm and auto-reset function for added safety.
Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet includes a removable bottom mount heater for easy maintenance. It is supported by five-inch polymer swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability. An 8-foot power cord ensures convenient placement.
