Featuring a Panco® heater/proofer design, this non-insulated cabinet utilizes TEMP-GARD® air flow technology to maintain consistent temperatures. It includes eight universal removable wire slides with 2-1/4" on-center spacing for versatile storage options.
The digital temperature control with an LCD readout allows for precise adjustments, while the adjustable humidity control ensures ideal conditions for proofing.
