The Eagle Group HT4OB-120 Spec-MasterĀ® Hot Food Table is designed for efficient food service with a robust electric heating system. Measuring 63-1/2"W, it features four 12" x 20" wells that can be used for both wet and dry applications, equipped with precise thermostatic controls for optimal temperature management. The recessed panel includes a master toggle switch with an indicator light for easy operation. Constructed with a durable 22-gauge 430 stainless steel top and a 20-gauge 430 stainless steel body, this hot food table ensures longevity and ease of maintenance. An 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board provides a convenient workspace for food preparation. The open base design allows for easy access and storage, while the 1-5/8" diameter x 7-1/2"H stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable plastic feet offer stability on various surfaces. With a powerful 3KW heating element operating at 120v/60/1-ph and drawing 25.0 amps, this unit is equipped with a junction box for field wiring. The Eagle Group HT4OB-120 is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
