The Eagle Group HT5-NG Hot Food Table is designed for efficient food service with its natural gas operation. Measuring 79"W, it features five 12" x 20" dry wells, each equipped with burner controls housed in a recessed panel for easy access. The adjustable gas valve and pilot light per burner ensure precise temperature control. Constructed from durable 22/430 stainless steel, the top and body provide a robust surface for food preparation. An 8"D polyethylene cutting board enhances functionality, while the galvanized undershelf offers additional storage. The unit stands on 1-5/8" diameter galvanized tubular legs with adjustable plastic feet for stability. With a powerful output of 17,500 BTU, this hot food table is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards. For optimal performance, it must be used with Eagle Group Spillage Pans #302027 or #304141.
