The Eagle Group HT5OB-NG Spec-Master® Hot Food Table is designed for efficient food service with a natural gas operation. Measuring 79 inches wide, it features five 12" x 20" dry wells, each equipped with individual controls for precise temperature management. The recessed panel includes an adjustable gas valve and pilot light for each burner, ensuring safety and convenience. Constructed with a durable 22-gauge stainless steel top and a robust 20-gauge stainless steel body, this hot food table is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. An 8-inch deep, 1/2-inch thick polyethylene cutting board provides ample space for food preparation. The stainless steel enclosed base includes an open shelf for additional storage. The unit is supported by 7-1/2-inch high stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable plastic bullet feet for stability on uneven surfaces.
