Measuring 94-1/2"W, it features six 12" x 20" dry wells, each equipped with individual controls for precise temperature management. The unit includes an adjustable gas valve and pilot light for each burner, ensuring optimal performance. Constructed with a durable 22/430 stainless steel top and a robust 20/430 stainless steel body, this hot food table is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. An 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board provides ample space for food preparation. The stainless steel enclosed base enhances stability and cleanliness, while the 22 gauge stainless steel track sliding doors with recessed handles offer easy access to stored items. The table is supported by 7-1/2"H x 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs, featuring adjustable plastic bullet feet for leveling on uneven surfaces. A gas regulator is included, and the unit delivers a powerful 21,000 BTU output. This hot food table is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
