The Eagle Group HT6OB-240 is a high-performance electric hot food serving counter designed for efficiency and durability. Measuring 94-1/2" wide, it features six 12" x 20" wells that can be used for both wet and dry applications, equipped with precise thermostatic controls for optimal temperature management. The recessed panel includes a master toggle switch with an indicator light for easy operation. Constructed with a robust 22-gauge 430 stainless steel top and a 20-gauge 430 stainless steel body, this unit ensures longevity and resistance to wear. An 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The open base design allows for easy access and cleaning, while the 1-5/8" diameter x 7-1/2"H stainless steel tubular legs offer stability and support, complemented by adjustable plastic feet for leveling on uneven surfaces. With a powerful 4.5KW heating element operating at 240v/60/1-ph and drawing 18.8 amps, this hot food table is designed for high-volume use. It includes a junction box for convenient field wiring and meets NSF and cULus standards for safety and sanitation.
