Measuring 94-1/2"W, it features six 12" x 20" dry wells, each equipped with individual controls for precise temperature management. The unit includes an adjustable gas valve and pilot light for each burner, ensuring optimal performance. Constructed with a durable 22/430 stainless steel top and a robust 20/430 stainless steel body, this hot food table is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It comes with an 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board for added convenience. The stainless steel enclosed base includes an open shelf for easy storage and accessibility. The table is supported by 7-1/2"H x 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs, featuring adjustable plastic bullet feet for stability on uneven surfaces. With a powerful output of 21,000 BTU, this unit is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring it meets high standards for safety and performance.
